My grandma was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and not long after she needed to be put on hospice. We chose Gentiva Hospice of Kinston and I am forever grateful we did. From the very first call, I spoke with Briana. She was such a breath of fresh air and made the transition so much easier on us. She had an answer for every single question we had. I wanted to take a moment to thank Gentiva Hospice of Kinston for being such an amazing partner for us at Spring Arbor Kinston. We appreciate Crystal, Briana, Angie, Heather, and the whole team for all that they do for our residents. I want to thank everyone who my family interacted with at Gentiva. Sarah, Crystal, Pam, Heather, Latonya and Yensenia. They took wonderful care of my mother and gave us a sense of comfort especially Pam who came with good times and laughter to make a sad time brighter. I highly recommend their care for your loved ones.

My car broke down and I ended up in their parking lot. They immediately came out to check on me! They even offered to give me a ride home. The ladies here let us hang out until my husband arrived. They let my kids play with toys and gave them snacks. Everyone here is so nice and so generous. If this is how they treat someone that broke down in their parking lot, I can guarantee they treat their patients even better. I cannot recommend them enough.
