At first I was hesitant to have hospice care for my wife. I felt like it wasn't going to be worth it for what they were going to provide based upon the initial interview. Boy, was I wrong! They are a wonderful group of people, from the office staff, the support staff who make home visits, to the caregivers ( especially Katie and Nicole) that come to the house. They both are so caring and have become true friends.
Gentiva is family to me, and taking care of the elders is the best part about it. Everybody there cares and is dedicated to their craft. Great option for your loved ones!
Excellent service by Dulce and Jesse, they were very kind and professional, and explained everything in details, and show so much care for grandpa Joe. Thank you so much, what a great team of compassionate people working together. 🙌❤️
They treated my grandmother with respect and care before she passed. They were thorough with the process and very patient. Beverly I believe was a caregiver and she treated my grandmother so well and pampered her before her passing.
Gentiva Hospice is so supportive and caring. They take care of every detail you can think of and then more so you can focus on your loved ones. I would like to send a special shout out to Jesse Gonzales who went above and beyond to take care of my mom.
