Our family would like to thank Gentivia for taking excellent care of our mom, Glenda McNabb during a most difficult time. We would like to express immense gratitude to Carrie, Veronica, Madison, Chaplain Ronnie and Emily. Mom loved the respect, care and dignity that she received. We will never forget all of you and be forever grateful for the amazing team from Gentivia.
The hospice care we received for my mother was excellent. From the intake nurses to the assigned nurse and the weekend and on call nurses, they went above and beyond any expectations and helped make this a very peaceful transition. They helped make the most painful time of our lives easier to handle and made sure we were emotionally supported and informed about what to expect at each step. We are so grateful to you all!
