I have had experience with Gentiva at Batesville for the past 7 months. I had a phone call setting up an appointment for my mother as she was discharged from the hospital within 30 minutes of speaking with the hospital's pallative care nurse. Since that time all the nurses and aides have been very positive and caring with my mother. They are efficient and do work with our schedule when necessary.
