I was very surprised to see the negative review for this group. My husband was cared for by 'Companion Hospice' from this group and he received outstanding, compassionate care . This extended to great support from the care team for the rest of the family. I would recommend them to anyone needing hospice services.
My father was recently under the services of hospice and couldn't have been in better hands. From the start the staff involved were very knowledgeable,showed compassion and took very good care of our Dad and our family during this very difficult time. Many thanks Debi
Don't let this organization care for your love one!!! My friend was refused the pain management she needed... after watch my Friend SUFFER GREATLY FOR 3 weeks did I realize I could change ... Hospice organizations... afterwords found out why my Friend HAD TO SUFFER !!!!! PROFITS IM DETERMINED TO SHUT THIS ORGANIZATION DOWN PERMANENTLY..... INHUMANE.... UNCONTIONABLE LACK OF CARE FOR PROFIT!!!!
Very rude and terrible company . Paula was rude and very unprofessional plus was completely wrong about her prognosis. Would only recommend if you hate your family member. The on call nurse was rude and too busy telling a story to take care of my moms emergency. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
The absolute worst hospice in the area. They don't care about patient care. They just care about the bottom dollar. Nurses don't come when the say. The aides don't bath the patient like they should, and management is the worst. They pretend to listen to you, but nothing ever gets done.
I've heard how good Hope Hospice is but experiencing their devotion to serve and encourage was an unbelievably positive experience.
Everyone here is upbeat and professional, its a wonderful place.
Community Home Care & Hospice is the best......the nurses are compassionate, caring, and well trained in comfort care. They are available 24/7 and respond to each and every call from their patients. They provide support not only for the patient but for the entire family.
