Absolutely terrible costumer service and very rude. Extremely unorganized and scatter brained. They don’t know what they’re doing in the leasing office and do a terrible job of communicating important information to tenants.
Come and sign a lease. Did the first walk through and 1/2 of the repairs are not done 4 weeks later. Found out the gas furnace was condemned by Alagasco last year and the park to service tag off and put it back in service. Alagaso has put another out of service tag on it and now reported it to the fire chief. I will say this, they did get us a new (Old replacement that smelled like old rotten seafood) refrigerator when we noticed the fridge was poring water onto the floor.
