My husband and I went in looking for this specific truck! Found it on Autotrader called immediately and Colin was amazing for the whole transaction! Went in a little over a week ago after a deal had previously fell through. I went in looking for a 2017 Chevy Silverado Z71 and they had multiple in stock for me to choose from. Each with great mileage and added options. I went in early around 11 and walked out with my new truck by 3 o’clock. Everyone was very personable and professional. Slimy - does not stand behind their own product. Certified pre-owned should not fall apart not one time, not two times, but now three times and risk the lives on the driver and passengers. This issue was an issue when the vehicle was still under warranty, therefore your failed attempts to fix it are evidence that your dealership is at fault for selling a very overpriced lemon to begin with. DO THE RIGHT THING.
They have not stood behind a truck with safety issues. Terrible attitude and service.
My son and his company bought a l Truck paid 60 thousand dollars and they will NOT fix it .. it’s a Disgrace... before an accident is caused by such negligence 🤬
