I love Genilcore!!! I brought rings in to be resized, watches that needed batteries, earring posts that had to be fixed, wedding ring cleaned, gifts purchased for graduations, pearls examined and Bob, Sandy, and all greeted me with a welcome hello and smiles, highly professional results, and talked a short while about the weather—since I had to run to a meeting. There are very few places that welcome you like family. Genilcore is the best!!!

Gentilcore Jewelers is supercilious, arrogant and rude I just had the absolutely worst experience I have ever had in my life with a jeweler with Gentilcore. I must admit I stopped in wearing my running around rags and I'm obviously handicapped, but then I only needed to size a ring and I do not expect to be insulted and treated worse than a bag lady. Great Experience The only other review of Gentilcore Jewelers on this site made me question going there. Despite this, I stopped in today and I am so glad that I did. They were friendly and didn't pressure me at all, and they cleaned my jewelry at no charge. I will be returning again soon.

I think they're great on service! Not sure what these people are talking about. I rarely dress up and seem to always have a 2-3 day beard when I stop in Gentilcore. I don't even buy jewelry, but they are one of the few places that replace batteries in Swiss Army watches so I use them. They are ALWAYS welcoming and extremely nice. Maybe it's because I am nice to them instead of demanding that they kiss my behind, but if decency is what it takes, then maybe the rest of you should go somewhere else. Rude, Unprofessional, Wont stand by their work. Don't waste your time. Their customer service is lacking, Bob is everything but professional. He leaves you with the feeling that all they wanted was your initial money and then they could care less about you. There are plenty of jewelers out there to choose from so do yourself a favor and cross this one off your list. Great customer service! Brought my watch in to get my battery replaced. They discovered the watch was out of sorts in a variety of ways, but patiently worked until the issue was resolved! Couldn't have been a better experience - great local business!
