This is very dated, but lived in Gentian Oaks Apartments from 1996-1998. During our time, the owner was very helpful. We had ants, and he came and managed those immediately. We never had any issues-we always paid our rent on time, and any time we needed assistance they were there. Dont know what has happened since-but was a good experience. My first apartment <3
The apartment manager is incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. No security. No accountability whatsoever. She is petty and frankly needs to find work elsewhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The units are substandard, they are riddled with mold and varmint throughout the complex. No central air or heat no dishwasher. No amenities whatsoever. Frankly, section 8 or a housing project is much better than living here. Desiree Redding is not competent or personable.
