Lived here for 2 years and would not rent again from this location or the gardenbrook location. When getting the deposit refund I pointed out it was taking charges for month to month renting which I never had. Elizabeth at that location would only say she entered it and that I was still getting a refund (though a lot less than it should have been). Too bad this apartment complex does not value safety concerns. Very dark parking lots, trees are in the way of the lights and the trail is right there. Shady people scary. Even when a report was filed. The lighting was not fixed. . Trash was always scattered. Parking is slim and you may not have a place to park. Not a good environment for a pet. Walk them on gravel.

Cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood but the service has gone downhill while rent continues to go up. Don’t expect a work order to be done unless 5 or 6 days has passed and you’ve called multiple times.
