Too bad this apartment complex does not value safety concerns. Very dark parking lots, trees are in the way of the lights and the trail is right there. Shady people scary. Even when a report was filed. The lighting was not fixed. . Trash was always scattered. Parking is slim and you may not have a place to park. Not a good environment for a pet. Walk them on gravel.
Cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood but the service has gone downhill while rent continues to go up. Don’t expect a work order to be done unless 5 or 6 days has passed and you’ve called multiple times.

Quiet complex. Mgmt is nice. Maintenance does a good job. The only things I would like to see is more parking areas , a security light in the back. Not really safe to walk pet in the dark and the dumpter is hard to access. Otherwise I'm a happy resident.
