10/10 experience working with Genthe Law Firm. They are professional, punctual and always kept me informed. Breana was my case manager and she was amazing and sweet.
I would not refer this law firm to anyone. I have worked with them before in 2020 but it was different people working there at that time and moment they understand and took the time out to explain and kept me update and had good customer service the young man that’s working on my case Mr. Christian, who stated that he didn’t care about anything but his reputation I had two cases with them. Gigantic waste of time. I was so put off by his rude behavior throughout the process. He seemed full of it with nothing to deliver. Very unprofessional.
