A 5-star review is not sufficient for how grateful I am for Sal (my new service advisor) and Honda Southgate (my new dealership and service center). I had a great experience with Southgate Honda Service Center. They fixed all known items and made me aware of a warranty based repair that thankfully was fully covered. I’m grateful for Sal’s advisement and for his team’s great work. I would for sure work with them again. All this and they also provided a loaner to cover my time without the vehicle.
