Sal is and has always been the greatest service manager I have ever had the pleasure of contracting. Yes honda will charge more because they use OEM parts and the labor is like 175 hourly, however they do warranty all their work so it's like insurance on your repairs, I hate spending big money, Sal will work with me and help all he can to get to a fair price, I won't go anywhere else bc of him.
Sal is a great service advisor and I trust his recommendations. I've been coming to the Southgate Honda Service Center for a few years now and have never had a problem with any service or repair. I always feel confident that everything is done right. They keep me well informed before, during, and after each service visit.
Wife takes her car here. They're very courteous and helpful.
