I worked with Penny to help my mother get an apartment here. Penny provided us exceptional service and was very helpful with all of our questions! Apartments are in a great, convenient location.
The apartments are spacious and the price is right. Support staff (maintenance, housekeeping and shuttle driver) or friendly and excellent at their jobs. Currently without a manager for building 1 and 3. We just lost an excellent manager after only being here 3 months. Corporate needs to get their act together. There is upkeep work that needs attention. Most importantly sidewalk repair. Including adding slopes at the end of all sidewalks.
