My elderly neighbor who is a retired teacher living off social security and a pension called me in tears after Genteel plumbing came to fix a leak under her bathtub and told her it would cost $16,000 because they needed to replace 10 feet of old iron pipe. Their careless, reckless driver hit my car and the company is not responding to the insurance's call and email. It's been almost a week and still hear nothing from them.

I recently had to replace all the old pipes in my house and these guys did an amazing job! Their prices were really good compared to others I checked. They explained everything clearly and really knew what they were doing. The service was quick, the team was super organized and clean, and they left my house spotless. The work turned out excellent. Highly recommend! I've already hired them for more projects I need done around the house.

Terrible drivers. One of their drivers almost hit me and my grandchild while we were crossing the street at Ingalls and Revere this morning at 8:09am. The driver blew threw the 4 Way Stop.
