We cannot say enough great things about these guys! Daniel and Daniel came out first thing in the morning, quickly assessed the situation, and by that very afternoon I had a brand-new water heater installed. We had a very stubborn clog in the kitchen but it was no match for Joan. His patience and persistence overcame even this most frightful obstacle. He was punctual, polite and took this challenge on with good humor and determination! Hurrah for Joan from Genteel!

Response time =Excellent. Joe performed an inspection of our old toilet and made a cogent recommendation. He clearly explained our options and pricing of the toilet plus possible warranties. We were leaving on vacation the next day (9/3/2025) and didn’t want another toilet flood. Earlier this summer we had one while we were on vacation. Ended a working toilet.
