Heron was punctual and very helpful!
Genteel Plumbers was extremely responsive and scheduled an appointment immediately to repair our toilet and plumbing issue. Heron was professional, on time and provided options to resolve our issue. We recommend Genteel Plumbers for any replacements, updates or repairs.
Joan Leyva from Genteel did a wonderful job and explained things clearly. Would definitely use Genteel again.
Edgar was great! Same day service and entire water heater replaced. Installation was great. Recommend!
Our garage flooded after a backflow test, and Genteel got a plumber to us the same morning. Joan Leyva was the technician who came out: professional, quick to find the problem, and the repair was done right. Honest, clear communication from the Genteel team too. Highly recommend Joan and Genteel Plumbers.
