I had a really good experience with the Genteel Plumbers office as well as my plumber Edgar. 1) The office is very responsive, which I appreciate a lot. It’s very helpful to be able to both text and call with the company when coordinating schedules. 2) The service itself by Edgar was also a no-brainer. He arrived on time and was very quick to fix several of the issues that I had. He worked on my kitchen and bathroom and was only here for about two hours. I had an issue with my toilet not flushing through. Called Genteel Plumbers and was able to get an appointment within a few hours which was awesome. Joan and his partner dropped by and diagnosed the issue and provided me with some options for the repair. They performed a hydro jet pressure cleaning of the main pipes and that unclogged the issue.
