I reached out to Genteel to investigate a running water sound and I’m so glad I did. Joe came the next day and found the problem immediately. He also noticed a few other issues since I recently bought an older Sunset fixer. Joe explained everything so it was easy to understand. I really appreciated the support and hand-holding. We needed a new garbage disposal and other plumbing issues fixed. We have used Genteel in the past and always have been happy with their work so we called and they came the same day. Edgar came out and gave us an estimate and we had several options. Edgar was very professional and he didn't pressure us to agree on the most expensive option.
