Staff was amazing. The doctor not so much.
If this is the same Gordon E Genta MD who reviews for United Healthcare insurance claims, he’s an idiot. My physician, who happens to have graduated from Harvard Medical School, and trained at Mass General insisted on a medication to treat my plaque psoriasis, Gordon E. Genta MD said NO!!! Why is an ENT declining therapy prescribed by a Harvard trained Dermatologist? It’s ludicrous!! Our system is screwed. Patients are suffering. Dr. Genta, read the literature.
I went the first time to have my sinuses checked out at the reference of my family practitioner. Dr. Genta was friendly and I was told to come back for allergy testing for further review. When I made the appointment, I was given a sheet and told there would be a co-pay, and that I would need to make the appointment on a Wednesday because that's the only day the Dr. would be there.
