This company makes a decent product. However, they have unethical business practices. They claim production problems caused by covid, which i understand. But, in the meantime, they promise delivery dates that they know they cannot meet. I was promised delivery in mid September. The original order came in mid October. The order was incorrect due to a mistake made by their company. So, instead of expediting a correction, I was pushed to the end of the que and am still waiting on essential items in November.
