I noticed my generator was not working. It wasn't turning on for the weekly test. I thought it was the battery. I called Genstar and they sent out Mark. He right away found that it was a blown fuse. But he checked the whole generator to see what would have caused the fuse to blow. Everthing checked out fine. He even did a transfer check and all was good. Thank you Mark and Genstar. They have been taking care of my whole house generator for years.
I hired Genstar to perform regular maintenance on our residential Generac standby generator. The technician, Mark arrived promptly, inspected and performed all of the manufacturer’s recommended work in a very professional and friendly manner. I will not hesitate to have them come back in a year for their annual maintenance visit.
