5 Star service from Remy of GenStar!! He was here over a week ago to diagnose the problem with our generator. Within 15 min he knew what the issue was, wrote up the report about the part needed, and submitted to the office before he left. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We requested he be the one to come back to replace the part. He was just here 2 days ago to do so. So efficient and professional. For future service, we will always ask for Remy. Thank you Remy!
