We have had our generator several years. Have had no issues. We have the maintenance program. Twice a year, the service man comes out and does everything necessary to keep it working right. The generator comes on once a week for a few minutes. We know it is always ready. The service people are always courteous and get the job done! We barely notice when there is a power outage, because in a minute or two the generator comes on automatically. I would recommend Genset to all.
