We have a DTX300RB that broke on 3/22 and started calling on 3/23 to get help. Was told Mike was the person to talk to and could not get a call back so on 3/24 spoke mark and gave him part numbers for parts I wanted shipped and a price for new machine. Never heard anything back so on Monday I started calling again and just left voice mails.
