Not a good place to work! They really don't care about their people.
I interned here over the summer and enjoyed every day. This is truly a family run company that is dedicated to promoting from within. No other multi-hundred million dollar company could have their president travel to a branch outside of their state and know a warehouse worker by name. I saw that happen personally. GENSCO's president and entire corporate team support the family that I've come to love GENSCO and would encourage anyone to apply at anytime!
