I set an appointment, was on time was asked what i wanted and told her she didnt ask no questions like lenght color or size gave a price and i was like ok… a gurl started the back and another lady help at like a hour in she was done with the front before the girl was done with the back, my problem was what took five hours shouldve been lesser with 2 people doing my hair and my real hair was not tucked like it shouldve been! Always gets me right ! I always receive compliments on my hair afterwards!
Horrible customer service. I wish I could give them a 0. I texted the style I wanted and they agreed to do it. Drove 1 hr and 20 mins to get to this place. They tell me they can’t do it. Horrible customer service! I drove past 30 braid shops to get to them!
