I have hired Alisa through GENROSE to create plans and designs for the renovations of our living room and kitchen. I have also met with her several times at the GENROSE showroom, where she has provided details from kitchen cabinetry, bathroom flooring, hardware, and more. Gloria is also in the shop to assist with product needs and is very warm and welcoming. I recommend GENROSE, as well as Alisa for her thoughtful, patient, creative, and a great listening skills for all your home renovation needs!
went to look for kitchen backsplash and for shower tile. Staff acknowledged me with “hello” and that is it-no may I help you etc. Staff first made a business phone call then got on cpu i was the only customer- browsed for 5 minutes. Gave up and left never again wasting my time with this company
