The doctor does not accept new patients even if help is needed immediately. Terrible staff in the medical office. Before visiting them, I checked that the doctor was accepting new patients and I received a new insurance card with the name of this doctor. When I visited the office, the receptionists tried to show me that they did not understand that I needed to make an appointment. They called an old lady who told me that the doctor was not accepting new patients. I explained to her that I only needed one referral to the doct... read more
Terrible service!!!!doctor didn’t accept new patient, and for months there is only one answer!!!!!!
As a new patients, we are very pleased with the care we received from the doctor . Stuff is very kind and informative. We are happy to have doctor Genriyetta Rozenblat as our PCP.
