The technician was prompt and explained the service he provided that day and the future service in 6 months. He was very easy to talk to and explained anything I asked.

Jim came out to do maintenance and replace a seal that had been identified last fall. I really appreciate the he took the time to explain how the generator works and what the maintenance is to keep it working. While we haven't owned a generator before, the Generac is really excellent and the service we receive from Gen Pro is outstanding.
