Hired GenPro for annual PMs. Rebecca/Kelli did an awesome job with quoting and scheduling. Donald PMed my generator and was extremely professional, informative, and transparent throughout. Great local company with awesome employees. Highly recommend!
GenPro was excellent from start to finish! Jay was very kind and patient while we were planning the project, and Donald and Curtis did phenomenal (and very friendly!) work with the installation. We’re extremely pleased with how everything turned out and strongly recommend GenPro.
Excellent team to work with. Have had Kohler generator for several years. GenPro does our regular preventive maintenance. Always kind, prompt and capable. We’ve lost power more than 20 times since installation of our genny and we’ve had zero issues. Not inexpensive investment but our whole house genny is one of our best investments ever and GenPro was the best choice we made as our install and service team.
Very reliable company. The office keeps you informed of when the service is coming up and the technicians are always on time and do great work.
Always very good service from Gen Pro-had them for a number of years now-they are easy to work with Office staff and Teck people know their job very very well-I highly recommend their company.
