Every customer facing team member is as personable as you would like everyone to be. Our most recent semi-annual maintenance was as smooth as a baby's skin, with Curtis fielding Q&A like a pro. GENPRO is the way to go!!
Donald and Bill were absolutely wonderful, professional, knowledgable, exceeding my expectations in answering my questions and performing the job. The work they did was superb! Gen Pro is fortunately to have them on their team! If I need anything or have a problem, I hope they are the ones to come to my aid.
Everyone both in the office and onsite were friendly, professional and helpful. I feel very confident in the quality of the work and thier prices are fair. I will definitely keep them for my generator needs going forward.
GenPro has been the most professional and knowledgeable contractor that I have worked with in many years. The owner is a Veteran, very nice guy and so is his crew. No scams, no BS, if they find something wrong with your existing wiring they show you and they can fix it.
