They are a terrible company. First of all, they only make an appointment when it is convenient for them to come out to your home, never mind your schedule. I have been trying to get a new mask brought out to me for about 7 or 8 months now. I have called and no one has ever called me back. When I was told that it could be mailed to me and I explained it was a mask I had never used before, so it had to be fitted, I was told I had to call Nancy so she could set something up.
