We needed to sell our out-of-state rental property and were so lucky to find Gevi. Our tenants vacated and left the house in very bad shape, so we had to remodel the property before selling. Very reliable and trustworthy. Was able to get my property sold just as the market was coming to a halt. We strove for the highest number we could sell for but there wasn't any pushback in regards to dropping the price in order to get it sold before the market completely stopped. I would recommend Genoveva and Ed to any of my friends or family looking to either buy or sell a property in the Vegas area.
