I had two false positives with at home self testing thru this lab apparently my DNA swab was never even on file and was asked to come back in and re swab, and I was forced to go to rehab even though hair follicle detected no substances I nearly lost my daughter over it now I'm having to do sober living and intensive outpatient services as well while in the midst of almost completing family drug court but now on a setback for that, I ought to sure them for mental anguish and depression
This a total scam , I got a bill from them and I have never being in Texas 👎🏼
THIS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM! SENT ME A BILL FOR OVER $4,000.00 FOR A URINE DRUG SCREEN! I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE RUDEST WOMAN THAT KEPT INTERRUPTING ME. I TOLD HER THIS WAS PAID FOR AT TIME OF VISIT WHICH WAS $150.00 PAID UP FRONT. NO OTHER TEST OR FEE'S WERE EVEN DISCUSSED! I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS AT ALL. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY SEE THAT COMPANY IN COURT!! THERE A BIG SCAM!!! PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!
If you want to get billed incorrectly this is the lab to have your specimen sent to!
Sent me a bill over $600.00, it was paid by my insurance. my Dr. Said it was wrong to throw the bill in trash. But I don't want negative on my credit. So how many pay this. It's free easy scam money for Genotox lab. I mean really these company's and all others should be stopped and locked.
