I did some research online for the part I needed for my 1995 Cummins. I price shopped even with Geno’s. No body else compared to the customer service and pricing of this company. Keith is who I spoke with and in my opinion he gave me the salesmanship quality we all as customers look for. I had a small part on backorder since February, when they finally got it (last week) they called me that day to ask if I still wanted it. On top of speedy delivery, I love the extra little goodies they include with everything I've ordered, it adds that little extra touch that makes them stand out amongst the other diesel part vendors. I will continue to shill for Geno's until they give me a reason not to.
I have always bought online with wonderful service. My orders have always been spot on. I always appreciate the added goodie packed with my order. I happened to be in the Cummings area and stopped by unannounced to pickup a crankcase filter and fuel filter for my 6.7 and the service was exceptional. Fair price, Georgia company, quick shipping, and extra details. The extra or attention to detail is really what won me over. An example is this, they added a note to my order outlining some improvements to the product I ordered. They noted the hardware supplied by the product manufacturer can rust over time. Not only did they identify the issue but they supplied stainless hardware, thus remedying the identified issue as well. That's doing the right thing and going above what was needed to ensure they did what was right.
