They don't answer the gmail, they send me the phone mailbox, they don't buy garbage here, bad customer service, I wanted a refund of a product I bought and they didn't answer me what courage they don't answer, SO BAD SERVICE 😤😡🤬
No help registering my kit (almost $200 for one kit). The website and contact page states that you will receive a response within 24 hours. I've written two times this week and still have not received a response. After searching for a phone number (because it's not on the "contact us" link on the main page) - I called - and the answering system says no one is available for help. I'm giving it another 72 hours and then filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Right now, I'd say choose another company - this one is ... read more
