The shop is close to my house, so I ride my mower over there when it needs repairs or service. Matt and the other people there are honest and do good work at reasonable prices.

I was very frustrated with this company, I first walked into Genoa Lawn Center just wanting a pull rope for my trimmer. That should be an easy buy, right? No, I had to wait about 5 mins until someone actually came up to the counter. Then I showed THE OWNER the rope that broke, so he could match it up and get me a new one. It took another 5 mins for him to come back with the rope. Then he tells me it is going to be \$8.50 for five feet of rope. Really? He then started to help another customer before checking me out and I had ... read more
