Staff are very friendly and attentive! They always answer the phone during business hours, even if they are busy with other customers and have to put you on hold for a minute or two, but always get to you quickly. They also offer delivery even in bad weather as long as they have a driver available. And the delivery driver is always very friendly and gets you your prescriptions on time every time!
Their very nice and welcoming and they get the job done on time and u don't have to wait to long
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are always available, easy to talk to, and punctual.
I just moved to the Springs from Nebraska and used Genoa there before moving and absolutely loved the staff. So I had hopes it would be a smooth transition. The 2 ladies on duty were rude and very short with me. My meds weren't ready hours after request was made. I feel like you hate your job so much, you should quit! I won't be going back to this particular location again.
