Genoa Healthcare has been great for the automatic filling of my disabled sister's many medications. With Genoa, everything is always correct, and the meds are always delivered in time. I have also found their staff really helpful when I've had questions or out of the ordinary requests I've made. We've been using Genoa for a couple years now and I am 100% satisfied!.
They are on the 4th floor, accessed through the Lumen center entrance in the back, not along Stark. Pharmacy has been reliable for the six months we've used them, better than big chains.
My father has been out of his medication for 5 days. He should not have to struggle to get his blood pressure pills or his insulin. When he calls all he gets is an answering services. He leaves a message with no return calls back. The phone number seems like a landline. This has been an ongoing problem. Not satisfied with the customer service and lack of urgency. There should be a better system in place for the elderly to get their medication.
