I was right. Hayley needs some retraining on how to admit when she's wrong. You're here to serve your patients, not talk to them like they're stupid and then blame the patient for being upset. You provide medications for mentally ill patients but take no accountability when you lie and upset them when they ask questions. Shame on you and all of your techs for the way you treat people who look to you for help.
