im a new client to Genoa. Ive had nothing but 1 good experience after the next. You guys call drs and insurance. You answer the phone. Everyone talks so respectful to a patient's needs. In the past I had used several pharmacies throughout the years until I found Genoa and I refuse to ever use another pharmacy since. I also would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible-the staff is always so kind caring and extremely helpful . Medications are always in stock and ordered for next day if necessary. A staff member always answers the phone and kindly leaves me a message to let me know when a medication is ready! If I can’t make the trip to the pharmacy they mail my medications for the next day!
