I’ve called this pharmacy about 15 times yesterday trying to get support for my prescription. It’s been such a frustrating experience to work with them. I’ve come to the office several times and have been told my prescription is not ready and when my doctor’s office calls to ask them to release my request to another pharmacy, they never pick up the phone. The customer service experience has been very poor. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all!
I switched to Genoa a few month ago from Walgreens and wish I had switched years ago. At Walgreens I was tired of the constant long lines, upset customers, long hold times, not always nice service, and most of all, constant issues with out of stock medications. Genoa is a small business that knows its customers and makes life so much easier. They will even mail your medications for free and so far no issues with timeliness.
