I called Friday to get my rx transferred to Portland. Its now Tuesday; They didn't even have the certosy to call me and tell me they couldn't refill it. so after calling the dr office and my pharmacy to see why I can't transferred this rx that is refillable. 1st of all my pharmacy has to put it back on the shelf. I switched to Genoa pharmacy (located inside Cascadia Healthcare on MLK BLVD) because I was so fed up with Fred Meyer pharmacy! The people working at Genoa are so pleasant and helpful. They make it so easy to manage your prescriptions plus they mail my prescriptions to my house and I generally have them the next day! They even call Before sending to find out if anything else is needed. I've never been to a better pharmacy. Always kind, prompt, caring, patient, and informative. They answer the phones and they call you back relatively quickly. It's hard to find even one of these qualities in many other pharmacies, but Genoa hits every mark.

CANT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THE PLACE!! With the exception of Dr Epstein leaving (best wishes) I've never been disappointed in their service from the doctors to the professional and courteous reception staff who we've never been able to stump with a request or problem. I couldn't be more satisfied with my physical and mental health care.
