They deliver for free!!!
Called to get refill and couldn’t hear because they were having construction done at their facility. Not only did the MA leave me on hold on a dead line for 30 mins but she yelled “I’m trying to help you!!” Than hung up in my face. When I was finally able to speak to the supervisor (Susan) I realized why the MA’s response was so poor. The supervisor then got upset because I was complaining and started to interrupt me and yell that she has a co worker in her face talking to her at the same time.
