Sam was extremely rude on the phone and in person. Completely unprofessional and condescending. No wonder they’re always hiring.
Sam and Jackie always provide excellent service, they are very very helpful and ensure that my meds are ready in a timely manner. I am a faithful client to Genoa because these ladies make a difference, every time I come to pick up my meds they answer my questions and provide guidance on how to properly take my meds correctly. Thank you for having them part of your team. They not only deserve praise but they also deserve a raise!

Great place besides the tech Sam. She was very rude and obnoxious when speaking to a customer. I very well hope she doesn’t do that to multiple customers. Other than that the pharmacy is great and Runs smoothly.
