Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Every month was a fight just to get my medication filled and shipped.They once shipped a temperature-sensitive medication to Austin in the summer without dry ice. It arrived unusable. My prescription was sent to this pharmacy as it was touted to be easier to manage certain medications that may require a prior authorization through them. However, my experience was not at all good. My biggest complaint is their lack of communication. They did not contact me to update me on the prior auth process, even when I requested they do so.
