They messed up my meds 4 times in a span of 3 weeks. I am livid. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, period! After my appointment with my psychiatrist, I made sure the girl at the desk knew to send my meds by mail to my apt. The people are nice and respectful but this place is so severely understaffed that it takes over a week to get meds, if they refill them at all. Hire some more people, ffs.
Some of the most patient and helpful people. As a medicaid patient I'm used to being treated like a waste of space, but everyone here took time to communicate everything I needed to know and how or when prescriptions would be filled.
Jared has nasty attitude and talks at people! He was not listening to anything I said . All he kept saying was go to Walgreens than call them. Instead of listening what I was saying I was calling early to make sure my prescription was called in and that if they had to order to please order ahead of my pick up date so it's ready on my date for pick up.
