Most times they do ok here. Today though they had someone filling in. She decided that her 21 years of "experience" told her I couldn't process my refill because it's a few days early. Though I've done this exact thing before with refills. Even as soon as last month. That kind of behavior is why people get fed up with the medical community. Had my medicine ready for me in a very timely manner!
They messed up my meds 4 times in a span of 3 weeks. I am livid. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, period! After my appointment with my psychiatrist, I made sure the girl at the desk knew to send my meds by mail to my apt. The previous month they had been sent through the mail and they arrived in maybe 5 days with no problems. I waited a week and a half and they never came. I called the office and spoke to someone and they said the meds were never sent! They were ready for me to pick up there. I told the girl I woul... read more
