They are very nice. That's not the issue. They refuse to deliver my meds call saying they need refills on my son's meds I have to call them. They take over a week after they are due to even send them out. My son has ADHD meds that he can't miss or he has side effects and then it causes major behaviors which isn't fair to him. I've dealt with Genoa pharmacy for a long time and have never had the issue like down here in Florida. I don't understand why they can't send a driver to bring his meds.
