Great staff!! They always work with you , they are polite and pleasant to speak with. I love that they deliver the medication. Morgan is the sweetest and always arrives with a smile on her face.
I was promised a full-time position at Genoa after 6 months of working there. Three months in and they had 3 people, including myself, fired for BS reasons. Their excuse is that I didn't meet their requirements and that I fell asleep. My job is to call patients. That's all I do. Their company computer system that generates phone numbers for us to call was down. It was broken ever since I started working there. The job pace was really slow. There were no patients to call.
