--Most recent visit: this time I ran over here 2 hours early because of an unexpected meeting. To make things worse, I didn't realize I had the wrong lunch schedule for this location, they take lunch from 12 to 12:30, and I showed up at 11:50 a.m.. ---not to worry, the amazing team of pharmacists, with Kris at the helm, processed my order in about 10 minutes, leaving me with a big smile and enough time to make my important meeting. When your medication is on automatic refill and it’s your last day of medication. I call the pharmacy at 3pm to see if meds are ready for pick up and still not ready when they close at 5pm and they tell me still another hour before ready for pick up. also called the day before to see if they were ready. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! Should be ready for pick up the day before I’m gonna be out of meds.. get your act together in that Phramacy!
Thank you Kim, Chris and everybody else. The Genoa pharmacy on the 3rd floor of 2 Wall Street, is amazing. The pharmacists are incredibly professional and kind. They know you by name and go out of their way to prepare your medication on time. Over my lifetime I have used dozens of different pharmacies but I have stuck with this specific one because of the amazing people that work there. I have been going here now for over 10 years friendly staff. And they even mail my meds to me.
This compounding pharmacy can be a better place to get your supplies than any of the larger pharmacy chains. When most pharmacist say they’re out of something, these guys can go the extra mile and actually find it.
