If I could zero stars I would I call and they say my kids medicine is ready and when I get there I’m waiting 45 minutes to an hour

Poor customer service. The person who answered the phone, started asking information and looking up the prescription, then abruptly told me I couldn’t be helped because “they are now closed” and hung up. What kind of circus are they running? That’s not professional service AT ALL
