Poor customer service. The person who answered the phone, started asking information and looking up the prescription, then abruptly told me I couldn’t be helped because “they are now closed” and hung up. What kind of circus are they running? That’s not professional service AT ALL

For 2 1/2 years, I’ve been going to Genoa. I have been more than cordial every time I interacted with them. Today, I had amazing issues with pricing. Once corrected, I sat quietly and waited. 30 minutes later they shut the windows to close. I tapped on the window and the pharmacy tech came around and said they were closed. I said “ma’am. I’ve been sitting here patiently waiting on you and I have to have my medication.
