For 2 1/2 years, I’ve been going to Genoa. I have been more than cordial every time I interacted with them. Today, I had amazing issues with pricing. Once corrected, I sat quietly and waited. 30 minutes later they shut the windows to close. I tapped on the window and the pharmacy tech came around and said they were closed. I said “ma’am. I’ve been sitting here patiently waiting on you and I have to have my medication. I'm not really sure how to feel. I was told that they'd call me to refill my son's prescriptions & that I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting the prescription being refilled. Well here we are today & down to two pills and I had to call them. The person who helped wasn't rude at all, but did mistake my son for not having updated insurance. But that was quickly resolved & since I can't get it delivered to my job I'll be picking it up tomorrow. Not bad, but also not the expectation that was set.
Lazy and has no compassion or sympathy for anybody.
