This pharmacy treats people with so much kindness. They had gotten to know my family and have went above and beyond to take great care of us. I simply cannot say enough about the amazing experiences that I have had here. There are 2 individuals here whom are so thoughtful and kind, I wish more pharmacies took this level of care of their customers.
Great communication, customer service and wonderful people
This is a horrible place that doesn’t answer phone calls ever. They’re only reachable by email or if you come in person to the office. I had an issue with my medication with the pharmacy and I had to wait on hold for over an hour. The customer service agent didn’t want to help me and said I needed to get the reason for why the pharmacy wasn’t putting my prescription through when I clearly stated the reason why. Genoa Healthcare pharmacy doesn’t just say it on the website, they truly do go above and beyond. They take the time to know you as a person—not just a prescription. When I call, they know who I am- which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Something I’ve noticed is the staff has been consistent since I started coming here, which to me speaks volumes about how much they care for both their patients and their team. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that really does put people first. I would give it more stars if I could.
Amazing pharmacy. Ever since I’ve switch to specialty/ community pharmacy’s the headaches have gone away. Alina and Amanda are fantastic. I recommend this gem of a pharmacy to everyone.
