It's impossible to leave zero stars on Google. I wish I could concerning Genoa. This isn't health care. they rent a spot in the same building as spectrum. I had a physician call in my medication twice and Genoa said that they couldn't fill it because they were 3 days backlogged. That's professionalism. Genoa is a business, not a pharmacy.
Just about the rudest human beings I have ever encountered work here. They’ll put prescriptions on hold for no reason. When asked why they’ll tell you there is no reason, but then they’ll make you jump through hoops just to get a prescription filled the same damn way they’ve been filling them since they opened their doors.
