Since they took this place out of Oak Street Health these people are just rude. They don't let you talk or explain anything. Then they try to argue with you. I have recordings and will be playing them for my doctor on how rude these people are. I know my meds I know what I take and how to take them. My friend also has records of these rude people who work there. I will be taking my business else where. The have really bad communication skills. I miss the sweet people from oak Street health Genoa.
