The service is absolutely horrible. If you want to wait 1 or 2 hours for medicine, come here! They are too slow. Every time I pick up my medicine, I have to wait an hour because they are so disorganized. One day I was waiting for my medicine, I arrived at 3:00 PM and left at 5:30 PM because the person who greeted me that day only received my name and went home because apparently her departure time was at 4:30 PM. So she left me there waiting for my medicine without telling her coworkers that I was there waiting for it.
I came to pick up my medicine and the woman who works there gave me the wrong medicine. I went back and spoke to her, and she lied to me, saying it was the same and that the company that makes changes the medication, which is atorvastatin 40 mg, and she gave me 10 mg, which is completely different and has no effect on me. I went back and told her that the medicine was wrong, and she lied to me saying it was the same. I almost had a stroke and ended up in the hospital.
