The staff at this pharmacy is always so friendly, fast, and efficient. Every time I come in, I’m helped quickly and there’s never a long line or wait. They make the whole process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
My health insurance forced me to switch a specialty Rx to this pharmacy. It has been one headache after another from the beginning. If it's not an administrative issue, it's a billing issue. If not billing, it's insurance. If not insurance, delivery. If not that then another. They outright skipped or missed fulfillment on two separate occasions. Worst place you can go is this Genoa pharmacy second they didn’t give the right med, and four floor I came 6:35 and the lady was gone by the time. It’s supposed to be open till 7pm I had driven 45 mins before to get the Medicine and I couldn’t. The best place was Reston and Genoa closed it unfortunately that was the best Genoa
I love pharmacist she is so sweet and always smiles😊And Josie girl the young silly girl that always makes me smile ish I could go back to her age and be just as nice to everyone like she is! She is a honest worker and she seems to be very professional and positive and also kind and patient with some of the clients that come there for their meds🌂
