Very rude to clients from the clinic. They act like your scum and you don't matter.
Going back to my old pharmacy I've been using for the last 6 years. Not only do they refuse to offer any of the brands I've been used to for years (only would offer one kind) but they were also extremely rude about it so I asked if they could transfer the prescription to my old pharmacy and they refused. They said I would have to get my doctor to write another one. Another month of bad break outs until I can switch back again, yay. I have to call and remind them to send my meds. Things I need to survive. I think I might change places to get my meds on the day they are due.
