I had an issue with my bill. I had talked to someone there, and I was told all my medications would be free. I ended up getting a bill for my medications. I called to pay the bill. Michelle answered and immediately saw the mistake. Michelle went above and beyond what her job requires. Michelle went through my medications from last year. She fixed everything that was wrong with how I was being billed, because of Michelle, I went from owing Genoa to having credit with them. Michelle was AMAZING!! Got my prescriptions filled quickly.
Great service and friendly people. I can't drive and they send me my prescriptions via FedEx like clockwork without me having to do anything. I've spoken to staff and the pharmacist on a couple of occasions and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
